Kerrie Mai Le is the founder of LE & Associates Insurance Agency with over two decades of experience in entrepreneurship and management. After immigrating to the United States from Vietnam in 1989, Kerrie began her pursuit of the American Dream by studying Business Administration and Management at Southwest Missouri State University. In 1999, she attended the Missouri College of Cosmetology in order to become a licensed manicurist and immediately opened her first beauty salon and spa. She has since owned and operated various beauty salons and has collaborated with other salon owners in order to help them develop their business strategies.
Leveraging her keen business sense, bilingual ability, and connections within the Ozarks’ Vietnamese community and churches, Kerrie decided to pursue her real estate license in 2005, attending the Real Estate Broker and Sales Person program at Lifetime Learning. With this, she has assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers in successful real estate interactions. She also founded a property management company in 2005, LE Property Management, LLC, that she continues to own, maintain, and service over 100 properties.
Kerrie’s next endeavor was to acquire her insurance license and in July 2018, attended the A.D. Banker Insurance School. She currently holds property and casualty, life, accident and health insurance licenses and is a broker at LE & Associates Insurance Agency.
When Kerrie is not assisting clients with insurance or finding the perfect property, she supports local schools, hospitals, and churches as an interpreter.
Kerrie lives with her husband Kevin in Springfield, Missouri. They are the proud parents of their four children, Angel, Michael, Hannah, and Ami. In her free time, she enjoys fishing, being active in her church parish, and relaxing with friends and family at the lake.
Luanna Blades, Office Manager, is a Springfield native and has been serving the Ozarks area over 25 years in the insurance industry. She began her career as a receptionist for a life insurance company while working her way through college. As she began to learn the value of insurance, she realized the importance of educating her clients/friends on coverages available while customizing a package to fit their individual needs. Through the years, she worked with the captive markets as well as the independent markets of the business, building a solid rapport with our companies and a reputation of nothing less than ethical and having the utmost integrity.
